Quitclaim by Thomas Perott of Sutton Valance in the county Kent, "yeoman," to Thomas Weldysshe, for £38 of all his right in 4 pieces of land containg around 60 acres with its appurtenances lying in the parish of Westwell, of which 2 pieces are called "Fretyngelds" and "Frendylfelde," and the third "Wynterfeld," bounded by the lands of Henry Huse and the land of the heirs of John Drysten to the east, the king's highway to the south, the land of Thomas, prior of Christ Church, Canterbury, and land of the heirs of John Orysten to the west and north, the fourth piece of land called "Lyyll Wrotham," lying borded by the lands of the said prior Thomas to the east and south, the king's highway to the west and the land of the heirs of John Orysten to the north, which lands the grantor lately purchased of John Rogers of Sutton aforesaid, gentleman; the premises to be held of the manor of Westwell. Given on 19 Sept., 12 Henry VIII.
